1.) TECHNICAL SUPPORT: We will provide 1-month FREE technical support for you after launching your site on the web (www). We will answer your question regarding website management, technical details, or anything about operating your own website; we can provide this through email or by phone.

2.) PAYMENT FOR SERVICES: Payment: At the start of the development process for your company website, you need to pay us 50% of the total development costs, the remaining balance of 50% will be given after launching your site on the web (www). We will start the development immediately upon receiving the initial payment. Mode of Payment: The client can give us directly their payment either by cheque, cash, or NEFT. Upon confirmation of payment, we will start the development process of the site, set up the hosting & register a domain for you.

3.) DOMAIN AND HOSTING: Domain and Hosting are per year renewal basis. Domain & Hosting Prices are dependent on hosting provider rates. Subject to change without prior notice.

4.) REVISIONS/CHANGES: Any additional feature or customization apart from the mentioned deliverables in the package will be charged extra as per our service charges. After 10 revisions on the website, every revision will be charged Rs. 500/- extra. A full log of revisions will be maintained on a daily basis.

5.) MAINTENANCE: After the first month, if you wish to continue with our support and other services, Rs. 5000 per month will be charged for complete website maintenance. In this, we will do regular website audits, upgrade every plugin, check the website for malware, add/remove pages, posts, products, and features

6.) REFUND POLICY: Payment once made will not be refunded in any case. If the client wishes to add any additional feature and later wishes to remove it while the website is being developed, the plugin or development costs will not be refunded.

7.) CUSTOM REQUIREMENTS: The website will be built on WordPress framework, which might have a few restrictions on any additional custom feature to be integrated. Please confirm all the finalized requirements before the development process.
