Introduction
Virteract is a gaming blog website managed by Manush Digitech that started with no online presence and no monthly traffic.
The primary objective of the project was to increase the website’s organic traffic from the US via SEO and monetize it through Google AdSense and sponsored guest posts.
Problem Statement
Since, we built Virteract from the scratch, the website had no online presence and had no authority in SERPs.
The challenge was to create a strong online presence and generate revenue from it with Google Adsense and Sponsored Posts.

We divided the SEO tasks for Virteract into the following steps:
- Keyword Research
- Creation and Optimization of Pages as per the keywords
- Landing page to generate guest posts enquiries
- Building high-quality backlinks to increase the authority of the domain
Keyword Research
We started with researching the most profitable keywords for Virteract, which included a combination of informational, and transactional keywords related to online games.
Most of the researched keywords had a very high competition and a high search volume.
Optimization of Pages
Once we were done with the Keyword Research, we built the pages and optimized them as per the SEO guidelines.
Landing page to generate guest post enquiries
We then built a landing page with a contact form to generate sponsored posts enquiries and optimized the page for “write for us” keywords related to gaming niche.
Building high-quality backlinks
From a domain authority of 0, we managed to increase the domain authority of Virteract to above 25 within a span of six months of high-quality link building.
Results
With the consistent on-page and off-page SEO efforts, we started to rank on the highest difficulty keywords with the search volumes ranging from 1000 to 27000 searches per month.
From 86 Organic Visitors per Month to 11000 Organic visitors per month within 6 months of SEO, we witnessed a 13000% increase in SEO traffic.
