Introduction
Propaura is a real estate website managed by Manush Digitech that provides a platform for buyers and sellers to publish their properties online for free. Apart from online properties, it also offers real estate news and information for it’s subscribers.
Problem Statement
The main goal of Propaura was to increase it’s organic visitors from SEO and generate more inquiries for sponsored guest posts, which is it’s primary revenue model.
However, for a website with no traffic or authority, getting sponsored posts inquiries was a challenge.

Keyword Research
To generate sponsored guest posts enquiries, we first had to build a strong foundation of Propaura as a real estate platform and researched relevant keywords.
Optimization of Pages
Once we built the pages around the researched keywords, we optimized them as per the on-page SEO guidelines.
Landing page to generate guest post enquiries
We then built a landing page with a contact form to generate sponsored posts enquiries and optimized the page for “write for us” keywords.
Building high-quality backlinks
From a domain authority of 0, we managed to increase the domain authority of Propaura to above 15 within a span of six months of high-quality link building. We also released a PR about propaura accepting guest posts.
Results
From 128 organic visitors per month, the organic traffic of Propaura increased to 580 organic visitors per month within 8 months of SEO optimization.
This was a 350% increase in organic traffic.
Propaura also started to generate hundreds of sponsored guest post inquiries every month, with each sponsored post valued at $10 – $50.
