Introduction

Hotel IK London Residency is a hotel located in Hyderabad. The hotel also offers banquet facilities apart from the luxury rooms.

Problem Statement

A hospitality business can not survive with unattended negative feedback and no online presence. And Hotel IK suffered with the same. They approached us to manage their online presence with SEO, Social Media and ORM.

How Manush Digitech Helped

via Search Engine Optimization

Hotel IK London’s web pages had a very poor SEO Score, and not optimized for the keywords.

We performed a full on-page audit and keyword research, and optimized all the pages for the researched keywords. This included keywords for their banquets, restaurants and rooms as well.

Below are the before and after SEO Results.

Before SEO (March 2019)

Before SEO

The website had only 1 keyword indexed in SERPs with no organic traffic.

After one month of SEO (April 2019)

April’s SEO Stats

The keywords we researched started getting indexed and we started to receive some organic traffic.

After two months of SEO (May 2019)

May 2019 SEO Stats

After two months of regular SEO, we saw a 500% jump in the indexed keywords (from 6 to 41 keywords indexed in SERPs). We also saw a significant rise in the SEO Traffic (2000% jump as compared to the previous month).

via Social Media Marketing

We did a thorough hashtag research for every service the hotel offered and created a social media calendar.

We started publishing the posts on all platforms and twitter had the highest reach because of the hashtags we researched.

Below is an example of a twitter post and the results we achieved in one month.

via Online Reputation Management

A hospitality business can receive all types of feedback – negative and positive. However, it’s important to respond to each one of them to humanize a brand and learn from them.

That’s where we helped Hotel IK London.

Hotel IK had themselves listed on every popular platforms like TripAdvisor, Google Listings and Zomato. During our tenure with Hotel IK, we went through each of the feedback received and responded appropriately.
