IK London Hotel: Case Study
A three-star property based in Hyderabad, holding six beautiful banquet halls and 86 fine comfy rooms. IK London required some changes on their business website, SEO, Social media marketing, and reputation management.
Understanding their basic requirements, we began with some branding techniques first. Our goal was to create IK London as a trustworthy brand in the city.
How we improved their Online Reputation and increased traffic on their website.
SEO was not up to the expectations, social media channels were already created yet not updated on any information or offers related content. As it is a Hotel and a restaurant marketing project, we also had to look into food and travel portals on the internet. We created and managed accounts on TripAdvisor and Zomato as well. Brand and reputation management is a very important part of this project.
We responded to the number of feedbacks on such portals, be it negative or positive feedback, we tend to answer each of them. This brought a new development in the reputation of the hotel. Their main concern was to promote banquets for the corporate meetings and gatherings, our content creation focused to draw people’s attention towards it as much as we can.

Hotel IK London was able to manage its audience and potential guests online. Providing them fantastic service in the hotel & restaurant and also providing them a portal to display their feedbacks as well. They were able to understand where their services were lacking and also started working on it.
We believe such a process takes time, and it took IK London around 3-4 months to achieve their goal of Online branding, reputation management, and Digital Marketing.
